DEPOSIT POLICY

$30 deposit to be paid when appointment is booked - no deposit, no confirmed appointment!

HOW TO PAY: Upon booking, you will receive a deposit invoice to your email which will enable you to pay via debit or credit. If you need to pay via e-transfer, please get in touch!

If you need some extra time to pay the deposit, please don’t hesitate to reach out and chat :)

Deposits are non-refundable but come off the final cost of your tattoo.

Deposits cannot be transferred to a new appointment date if you cancel less than 2 days prior to your appointment. (Ex. If you cancel 1 day before your appointment, you will need to pay a new deposit in order to reschedule.)

The only exception to this policy is if you test positive for covid within the 2 days prior to your appointment and provide proof of positive test.

I recognize life happens and things come up, but I need to stay firm with this policy; so unless we have discussed a particular situation where I have made a one-time exception, no other exceptions can be made at this time.
